1) How do I use Ayurvedic Organix?

Caution: For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes. Keep out of reach of children.

Directions:

• Wash face thoroughly and dry.
• Apply the acne exfoliating mask to your entire face, working it in completely.
• Let the mask completely dry on your face for about 10 minutes.
  Allow the dead skin cells to exfoliate and the bacteria to be killed.
• The active ingredients need to be absorbed by your skin. It is normal to feel a light tingling sensation.
• Wash thoroughly after use.
• The Curcumin in Ayurvedic Organix is highly effective in treating acne, blemishes, scars and dark spots
  because it deeply penetrates your pores. Your face may still be orange after use. This is completely normal.
  Allow the nutrients to work and simply wash again.
• We recommend using the exfoliating mask at bedtime in order to allow the nutrients time to penetrate the skin.
• In order to fight acne it is important to have a disciplined approach and to stick to you anti-acne regimen.
  Use this product everyday, no more than once daily. Use only as directed.

2) Does Ayurvedic Organix contain benzoyl peroxide, or hydroquinone?

Absolutely not.

4) Can I use Ayurvedic Organix with other acne medications?

In general, it's fine to use Ayurvedic Organix with other acne medications. As with all medications, however, we strongly recommend consulting your doctor before combining.

5) How can I test for allergic reaction?

Apply a small amount of the product to the nape (back) of your neck, or to the underside of your neck at the jawline for three days. People who are allergic may experience red, itchy bumps in the affected area. If no redness or irritation appears, you will probably not have an allergic reaction. Allergic reactions are extremely rare (at the time of writing this none have been reported). If redness persists, discontinue using the product. If redness continues after you have stopped using the product, consult a doctor.

6) Does Ayurvedic Organix have any side effects?

Side effects are usually mild, usually a reduction in facial hair growth. If you are concerned or desire more information, we recommend you discuss with your physician.

7) Is Ayurvedic Organix safe to use while pregnant?

Ayurvedic Organix is an all natural product. Its key ingredients have been shown to be safe for pregnancy. However, we always recommend that you consult your physician before using any medication during pregnancy or while nursing.

8) Will taking birth control pills affect my acne?

At one time, the high level of estrogen contained in many birth control pills seemed to improve acne. Today the hormonal levels are lower, and some in the medical field believe birth control pills may either slightly help or slightly worsen acne. We recommend consulting your doctor to find out if birth control pills are

9) Can acne be cured?

Unfortunately, there is no cure for acne. Acne is caused by a combination of factors, including hormones, bacteria, overabundance of oil, and plugging of skin pores - not by how often you wash your face or the foods you eat. 18) How long does it typically take to receive my product?

About 2-3 weeks from the time the package leaves our warehouse. Usually it takes much less time (10 days), however, we cannot guarantee any shorter delivery periods. We use standard ground shipping for all our products. For weekdays (Mon-Fri), orders must be received by 3PM EST, with card authorization and verification obtained in order to be processed same day.

22) Where is Ayurvedic Organix headquartered?

Both our company headquarters and our factory are located in McAllen, TX.

23) Does Ayurvedic Organix offer factory tours?

We currently do not offer factory tours due to safety regulations. Thank you for understanding.

24) Are your products non-comedogenic?

Yes. This term refers to ingredients in beauty products that clog the pores and can cause blackheads, pimples or cosmetic-related acne.
We use Ayurvedic products that are non- comedogenic. Non-natural ingredients like mineral oil, petrolatum, paraffin and red dyes that are commonly found in other personal care products and cosmetics are comedogenic.

25) I am a Vegan. What products can I use?

Many of our products are vegan. We recommend reviewing the product ingredients list on the label for the most up-to-date
information. If you have a specific product question, please contact us and we would be happy to assist you.

I am gluten-restricted and am interested in gluten free products. What products are appropriate for my use?
Please contact us directly regarding any specific products that may contain gluten.

26) Are any of your products certified organic?

At Newacnecareskin.com, we believe that a personal care product that there is an important distinction between natural and organic. We are striving to meet 100% natural on our products instead of 100% organic because we feel the organic standards for personal care products leave too much room for interpretation.

The standards and requirements that currently exist for organic products require that only 70% of the product is made with certified organic ingredients. The issue is with the remaining 30% of the product. This remaining 30% could include synthetic ingredients.

27) How long will my Ayurvedic Organix products stay fresh and what is the best way to store them?

Ayurvedic Organix products are made with natural ingredients. We purposely present our products in smaller portions so you finish them while their ingredients are still fresh and providing their maximum effectiveness.

As such, we recommend you store creams and oils in a cool, dark place away from direct sunlight and heat.

28) How do I determine the expiration date of a particular product?

Thank you for your interest in the shelf life of our products. Because our products are made with natural ingredients, we are unable to provide an expiration date.

Our products should be in good quality condition for a minimum of one year after order. We recommend that our products are used within 6 to 12 months after opening since they are natural products. Our products can last longer, if unopened and stored well. This includes keeping them out of extreme temperatures and direct sunlight. In general, any difference in texture or consistency of one of our products is often associated with it being a natural product.
